Our Onboarding helps you to get started with Vainu. We will together plan how you should implement Vainu in your organisation. Then we will train your users and follow-up to make sure your team gets the most out of Vainu.

Plan

Cooperation will start with a planning session together with the Customer’s decision maker and Vainu’s onboarding experts.

The planning session will be designed based on Vainu’s implementation questionnaire.

In the session goals, KPI’s, process and responsibilities will be defined.

Outcome will be a workflow designed to integrate Vainu data to the Customer’s sales process.

Train

Training of the users will be designed focusing on three aspects

1. Data: what information is crucial in the sales process?

2. Vainu Software: how does the system work?

3. Process: how does Vainu data change the routine of the sales person?

Training will be supported by preliminary material and homework

Follow-up

Based on the onboarding package a follow up process will be rolled out after the training. This includes

1. Homework and task list after the training

2. Guidance for the decision maker on internal follow ups

3. Meeting with Vainu to review results, and to set up the next steps
