Mediabooster is a company founded in 2015 providing web design, app development and other digital marketing related services. One of the founders, Hector Rivas, states that their sales team saves up to 80 % of time spent on prospecting by using Vainu, and claims that the tool is the future of their B2B sales.
Mediabooster co-founder Rivas initially discovered Vainu from a former colleague who talked about a “kick-ass” prospecting tool. Rivas got interested and after a few meetings with Vainu sales reps. "I got hooked by the system when I saw you could search prospects according to technologies they use, and that's what's most relevant for us."

The way Mediabooster used to sell was pretty straightforward. They bought static company lists, imported them to a dialing system "and then we just bombed them... prospect to prospect," Hector recollects. This required consultants to dial 75-100 calls per day to achieve two booked meetings. They also spent half of their day researching each prospect via Google.
For Mediabooster's sales, it's essential to know which web-technologies a prospect uses. With Vainu, all the necessary information is available straight from the tool in one view. It's possible to find all the companies that have their websites built on Wordpress and use Facebook Pixel or Google Analytics.
Rivas recalls the first time when their consultant got a deal 100 % thanks to Vainu: "Our consultant called a prospect and told them that they have outdated technology on their website and they could use a better option, which left the prospect impressed. When compared to the period from February to June last year, Mediabooster has increased its revenue by 15.6 % in 2018. Hit rate from call to a meeting has improved from 5 % to 25 %, which also means that consultants needed to make fewer calls. With the help of Vainu, Mediabooster is acquiring larger customers as average deal sizes are ten times higher than before. In addition, prospecting takes 80 % less time than before.
By looking at the numbers, it's not hard to grasp why Mediabooster is happy Vainu-customer. Obviously, Vainu isn't the only reason for the growth, but it has become an essential part of Mediabooster's sales. Rivas believes that there's more to gain from Vainu. He estimates that they only use 10 % of the potential that the tool has to offer and concludes the interview by announcing: "Vainu is the future of sales!"
